Show MAPCO pipeline hearing May 5 A hearing to give the public an opportunity op-portunity to comment on a proposal by MAPCO Inc. to construct a 10.5-inch hydrocarbon pipeline across BLM land in Uintah County is scheduled for 7 p.m. May 5. Conducted by the BLM, the meeting will feature representatives of the company who will describe the impact of the pipeline being built from Texas to Rock Springs, Wyo. BLM officials are now reviewing the right-of-way application for the pipeline and preparing an environmental en-vironmental impact statement.
