I Notice to Contractors. i I Sealed proposals will be received, and I opened, at 4 o'clock p. m. Tuesday. Au-I Au-I gust 22. 1916, for furnishing drain tile and other material and for constructing a tile drainage system within and for Sevier county drainage district No. 1 Sevier county, Utah. Bids, for contracts are to be accompanied accompa-nied by certified checks in the amount of 5 per cent of tho sum bid. Bids will be received for furnishing drain tile and sewer pipe specials, and for all labor in connection with the installation, installa-tion, either separate or combined. Copies of instructions to bidders, plans and specifications, and form of contract and bond, will be furnished by the undersigned un-dersigned at the office of H. N. Hayes, Peterson block. Richfield, Utah, or by the engineers. Brown & Kleinschmidt, 306 Dooly block. Salt Lake City, Utah. A deposit of $5 will be required for each set of plans and specifications. No charge will be made for specifications covering drain tile. The work embraces approximately 350,000 lineal feet of trenching from 5 to 8 feet deep, and 350,000 lineal feet of drain tile ranging from 5-inch to 15-inch diameter.
