OCR Text	Show WILSON MAY APPEAL FOR ROGER CASEMENT WASHINGTON, July 29. By a vote of 46 to 19 the senate today adopted a resolution reso-lution requesting1 President Wilson to transmit to tiie British government an expression of hope that it would exercise clemency in the treatment of Irish political politi-cal prisoners. By its action the senate overturned the report of a majority bf its foreign relations re-lations committee and followed a course outlined in a minority report made by Chairman Stone and Senators O'Gorman and Pittman.
