Show STOCKYARDS CONCERN SOON TO INCORPORATE Special to The Tribune. OGDEN, July 29. With several prominent promi-nent Ogden capitalists interested in the project, articles of incorporation are being be-ing prepared for the Ogden Union Stockyards Stock-yards company, the corporation that was latjiched several months ago to establish the seventy-acre stockyards In the Wilson Wil-son district. The company is to have a capitalization of $250, 000, of which amount 5100,000 will be expended this year in constructing con-structing the yards and buildings. The articles of incorporation will designate desig-nate the following capitalists as officers: W. H. Watt is, president: F. J. Kiesel, vice president; S. S. Jensen, secretary; James Pingree, treasurer, and they, with L. F. Whit lock, will form the board of directors. The initial capacity of the new yards will not be less than twenty cars of livestock even.' twenty-four hours. Seventy acres of land have been purchased pur-chased for the yards west of the Weber river. |
