TESTIMONIAL PLANNED FOR TUESDAY EVENING A farewell benefit concert will be given in Whitney hall Tuesday evening In honor or Sep. Shepherd, who will leave on a mission to France in a few days. The programme contains some very fine musical musi-cal numbers and among tho performers will be Bert Shepherd, violinist, who will appear for the first time in public since his return from Boston.
