Special Days. A number of special days devoted to i particular features of the oxposition have been arranged. A congress of farmers and livestock breeders will be f held from-September 12 to September 16, at which Gifiord Pinchot will pre-1 pre-1 Ride. There will be discussions by ex-i ex-i perts on methods of crop and livestock i 4 improvement.
