Since the announcement in Hl The Tribune a week ago that this trip would be made, this number have an- Hj' nounccd their intention of joining the Hjji party aud many more will no if they H!' can arrange their vacation during the Hijj week commencing September 7. H:fr The party will be headed by The HJ Tribune-Vclie Pathfinder and complote H arrangements arc being made to take Hij, care of all who wish to go. The Con- S; iinenial Oil company has already or- Hlifi'l dered its agents along the route to lay Hj in a supply of gasoline so there wilJ HfJ not be anv danger of falline short. Hjjjljj Gasoline will bo on tap at all the pnn- H; cipal towns as far south as Kanab. ;j From this point the cars will carry B'ltj enough gas to take them to the canyon nnd back to Kanab again. The gas H;Hj question was an important one for such M a large party, bur the arrangements H2 made assure a complete supply for Hlg'j everv car that wishes to make the trip. IjM Beers Fixing Roads. 1 1 State Engineer W. D. Beers is now it j in the southern part of the stato aril, ar-il, ranging to have tho roads nut in shape lM for the party.
