The home occupies a lot 82 by S00 feot and looks down into tho city's business district from one of the nicest elevations eleva-tions of Yale park. To the rear of the houso is Red Butte creek, thickly wooded with gjoat naturo trees. Q'ho houso is coustructod of fire brick, with a heavy coment base, and overhanging bungnlov.' r&of.
