The home occupies a lot 82 by S00 feot and looks down into tho city's business district from one of the nicest elevations eleva-tions of Yale park. To the rear of the houso is Red Butte creek, thickly wooded with gjoat naturo trees. Q'ho houso is coustructod of fire brick, with a heavy coment base, and overhanging bungnlov.' r&of. Each room is designed to furnish as much light as possiblo without interfering with position for furniture. Bed rooms and bath room walls aro nearly all of glass. Tho residence hns a back sleeping porch 34 M: by 11 feet incased in-cased in brick instead of wood, as is usually the custom to use. Tho house has also full basement lighted with 12 windows, lighting, laundry, storo room and play room. Mr. Edward E. Jenkins, now sojourning so-journing in California, will also in all ?robability soon build a new homo in 'ale park to be located at comer of Thirteenth East and Yale avenue. (Advertisement.)
