Show omens ELECTION NOTICE To all qualified electors ol Centerville City, Davis County, Utah: Take notice that on the 17th day of April, 1979, a special bond election will be held in the Municipality of Centerville Center-ville City, Davis County, Utah, at the place set out below for the purpose of submitting sub-mitting to the qualified electors elec-tors of said Municipality the following proposition: PROPOSITION Shall the City Council of Centerville City, Utah be authorized to issue General Obligation Obliga-tion Bonds of said Municipality in the amount of not to exceed Six Hundred Thousand Dollars ($600,000) said bonds to be due and payable in not to exceed forty (40) years from the date thereof, these Bonds to be issued and sold for the purpose of defraying all or a portion por-tion of the costs in connection con-nection with and relating relat-ing to the installation and construction of a storm drainage system to be located within portions of said municipality, and for the payment of the expenses ex-penses reasonably incurred in-curred in connection with the acquisition and construction of said improvements and the authorization and issuance is-suance of said bonds? For the purposes of this special bond election, the seven voting precincts within the City are hereby consolidated con-solidated into one voting district. dis-trict. City Hall, 521 N. 400 W Centerville, Cen-terville, Ut Election Officials: To be appointed at a later date prior to the election The voting at such special bond election shall be by ballot, which ballots will be furnished by the City Council of Centerville City to the election officials who, in turn, will furnish them to the qualified voters. The polls will be open from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. There will be no special registration of voters for the special bond election, and the official register last made or revised shall constitute the register for such election; except that the County Clerk of Davis County will register as provided by law at his office of-fice during regular office hours, except Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, and except during the ten-day period immediately preceding preced-ing the bond election, any person who is or will be eighteen eigh-teen years of age or older and who otherwise will be a qualified elector on the day of this election. The County Clerk will make available, or will cause the registration agents to make available, at the above-described polling place, a registration list or copy thereof listing all registered regis-tered electors entitled to use such voting place. NOTICE is further given that on April 24, 1979, that being a day not later than ten (10) days after said election, the City Council will meet at its regular meeting place at 7:30 p.m. to canvass the re-turns re-turns and declare the results of said election.
