Show HiBI AFB Says No Open House For This Year HILL AFB - Hill Air Force Base will not have an open house this summer, base of- ficials said. THE ANNUAL event normally nor-mally is held near the third Saturday in May, which is Armed Forces Day. However, extensive construction of the ramp and taxiway will be taking place through the summer. It also was stated that the new F-16 arrival ceremony in January, which drew some 50,000 spectators to the base, included many of the aircraft and other exhibits which would be on display during the Armed Forces Day open house. |
