Announcing their daughter's plans are her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Stillman J. Smith of Myton. Alyce Smith's Betrothal Announced; Early June Wedding Ceremony Planned I Of interest in the season's nuptial nup-tial news is the announcement of the engagement of Miss Alyce Smith, to Lloyd Fenn. Making known the forthcoming marriage plans of their daughter are Mr. and Mrs. Stillman Jay Smith of Myton. The bridegroom-elect bridegroom-elect is a son of Mr. and Mrs. Aldon Fenn, also of Myton. The wedding will take place the early part of June in Salt Lake . City at the home of Miss Smith's brother-in-law and sister, Mr. and Mrs. Andrew B. Olsen. Bidden to attend the bride as matron of honor is her sister, Mrs. Olsen. Junior bridesmaids will be Miss Araith Delores Smith, sister of the bride-elect, and Miss Elaine Fenn, sister of the benedict-elect. Flower girls will be Barbara Kay Smith, niece of the brideto-be, and Sherrie Dean, niece of the bridegroom-to-be. Miss Smith graduated with the class of '55 from Union High School, where she was a member of the Pep and FHA Clubs. During her Junior year she was selected the FFA Sweetheart and was also a cheerleader. She graduated from Union LDS Seminary in '54. During Dur-ing the past year she has been employed at the O. C. Tanner Jewelry Company in Salt Lake. A graduate of Union High School, in 1952, Mr. Fenn served two years with the U. S. Navy, being stationed one year in Ha waii. He was released from duty two months ago, and will new be employed by his father in th& trucking business. |
