You should include meat, fish and fowl, large varieties varie-ties of fruits and vegetables, vegeta-bles, all kinds of cereals and breads, and milk and dairy products in your diet every single day. Stay away from fatty, sugary foods and drink lots of water. Get plenty of rest and be sure to start on a graduated graduat-ed exercise program that is designed to build up your muscles. You can take a good multi-vitamin mineral miner-al supplement each day. |
