Show NOTICE OK TRUSTEE SALE THE FOLLOWING described de-scribed property will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder on the 25 day of April, 1983, at 10:00 o'clock a.m. at the North door of the Davis County Courthouse at Farmington, Farm-ington, Utah, in the County of Davis, by TRACY COLLINS BANK & TRUST CO., a Utah corporation, as Trustee under the Deed of Trust executed by JAMES A. TELAROLI and KAY M. TELAROLI, his wife, recorded January 24, 1978 as Entry No. 484793 in, Book 688 at Page 63 1 of official records in the office of the County Recorder of Salt Lake County, Utah, given to secure an indebtedness in favor of TRACY COLLINS BANK & TRUST CO., a Utah corporation. corpora-tion. NOTICE OF DEFAULT was recorded December 20, 1982, as Entry No. 629055 in Book 924 at Page 570 of said official records. Trustee will sell at public au ction to the highest bidder for cash, payable in lawful money of the United States at the time of sale, without warranty as to title, possession or encumbrances, encumbr-ances, the following described property in Davis County, Utah, more particularly described de-scribed as follows: BEGINNING at a point 590.305 feet East and 125.4 feet North of the Southwest corner of Section 7, Township 2 North, Range 1 East, Salt Lake Meridian in the Town of Centerville, and running thence East 96.98 feet; thence South 691 .68 feet, more or less, to the North line of a road; thence West 96.98 feet along said road, thence North 691.68 feet, more or less to the point of beginning.
