William H. Talbot Receives Promotion William H. Talbot has been named second vice president and manager of the Bountiful office of Zions First National Bank, according to announcement announce-ment by Roy W. Simmons, chairman of the board. MR. TALBOT joined Zions Bank in 1982 after several years with Wells Fargo Bank in California. A native of Panguitch, Mr. Talbot received a B.S. degree in economics with a minor in business management and accounting from Brigham Young University in 1968. He also attended West Valley College, Col-lege, Saratoga, Calif. MR. TALBOT and his wife Leslie reside in Provo with their four children.
