A light luscious dessert which she calls Ice Box Cake, is rich with cream, marsh-mallows marsh-mallows and crushed pineapple, pineap-ple, can be made the night before it is to be served. THIS IS one which Pearl Hilton has made for her family for many years. Pearl's mother also prepared this family favorite for special parties and dinners, so it has been a special des sert for the family for many years. ICE BOX CAKE 1 pound package marsh-mallows marsh-mallows 1 cup milk 1- No. 2 can crushed pineapple, drained 1 cup whipping cream 1 pack graham crackers, about 10 long crackers '2 square butter or margarine, mar-garine, melted Put the milk and marsh-mallows marsh-mallows in top of double boiler and place over hot water until marshmallows are melted. Remove from heat, add pineapple and stir well to cool. Fold in cream which has been whipped stiff. CRUSH THE graham crackers to fine crumbs and save cup for topping. Add metted butter or margarine to remaining crumbs and line bottom of 10x14 inch pan with the crumbs. Pour the pineapple mixture over crumbs and sprinkle with the remaining cup crumbs. Cover and refrigerate for at least six hours or overnight. Serves 1?. generous portions. PEARL AND husband Kenneth Ken-neth Hilton, live at 269 West State in Farmington. Their children are Judy Robbins, Kathy Heaps and Clyde Hilton who all live in the area with their families. Mrs. Hilton was a dental assistant and receptionist for a local dentist for 14 years and has now retired. SHE AND KENNETH enjoy traveling, camping and entertaining en-tertaining their children and seven grandchildren and they keep very active with fun and work.
