Back, 1 and r, Tammy McKee and Jane Ann Lamph. : On Monday, Oct. 13 Senior Girl Scout Troop No. 349 hosted an Investiture and Rededication Ceremony at Viewmont High School for all Bountiful Girl Scouts. JIN CHARGE of flag Ceremony was Miss Anna Papulak. Hostess for the evening was Senior Troop President Miss Lynne Nishijima. Special guest speaker was Ms. Ariel Frederick, who has been in Girl Scouting for 53 years. Ms. Frederick told about her adventures in Scouting in the early days and about the beginning of Camp Red Cliffe. '-j- Ms. Nishijima told about the special uses of the Juliette Lowe Fund where Girls can visit other countries to get to know their sister Scouts around the world. NEW SCOUTS being invested in-vested Monday evening were from Brownie Troop No. 115, Jean Patterson, leader; Brownie Troop No. 471 Sandy Nyland, leader; Brownie Troop No. 541 Kathleen Olson, leader; and Barbara Johnson's John-son's Brownie Troop, i Junior Scouts being invested invest-ed were from Troop 504 Janet ;Forsyth, leader; Troop No. 316 Suzanne Burningham, deader; and Troop No. 550 Linda Sjoberg, leader. GIRLS WERE told to look :forward to the Girl Scout Father-Daughter Square Cross High School in Dance to be held at Woods November. |
