Show Colonel Trimeloni To Speak At Weber Col. Bianca D. Trimeloni, director of Women in the Air Force, will make her first visit to Utah on Oct. 31 when she speaks at a Women's Seminar at Weber State College. HER SUBJECT will be "Women in the Military.' The colonel is responsible for insuring that officers and enlisted women are effectively utilized throughout the Air Force. COLONEL TRIMELONI enlisted in the Air Force in 1949 after earning a B.A. degree at Kent State University, Univer-sity, Ohio. She attended Officer Candidate Can-didate School and was commissioned com-missioned a second lieutenant in 1951. The officer was released from active duty in late 1953 after completing a tour as the Information Officer Of-ficer at Erding Air Base, Germany. Ger-many. THE COLONEL did graduate work in personnel and counseling at the University Univer-sity of Pittsburgh until recalled to active duty in March 1956. Col. Trimeloni served as Deputy Director of Women in the Air Force from Feb. 1973 to May 1975 when she assumed her current position. |
