Hansen as a member of the MOWEDA Youth Board, a tri-county (Morgan, Weber, Davis) Detention Center located in Roy. MR. HANSEN will fill the unexpired term of Briton McConkie, who has been called on a special Church assignment as the legal council coun-cil for the Orient. Mr. Hansen brings to this position a rich background of service, experience and education. Darwin is married to Genae Hansen, and they have four children. They reside in Bountiful. He is a graduate of the University of Utah College of Law and is a practicing attorney. at-torney. HE IS A member of the Davis County Bar Association, Associa-tion, the Utah State Bar Association As-sociation and the American Bar Association. He served in the. Utah State House of Representatives, and is presently serving on the Utah Judicial Council Advisory Committee as vice chairman. Commissioner Smoot explains the duties of the Board are to determine managerial policies for the operation of the Home. THE COMMISSION commends com-mends such citizens as Mr. Hansen for their willingness to serve on these government boards. |
