Show Davis United Way Opens Campaign "Is someone there?" This is the title of a film viewed by county department heads as Larry Burdett, United Way Chairman in the county began this year's campaign. THE TEAR-JERKING film, starring Jack Lemmon told of an old man who was too proud to seek the help he needed even though he had helped build the town in his youth. Davis County employes surpassed Weber last year in contributions per employe. They gave an average of $10.30 per person while Weber County employes gave $9.47.
