Show Ccllcg Drama Club ! Prepares For European Tout College of Southern Ut.-.h Drama Dra-ma Club members will str.!l! from (Vdar "ity to St. George Saturday. March 30, according to Fred C. A:'ams, club advisor. In explaining the activity, Mr. Adams said that the group is not, out to break any records and the' members don't care how l:ng it takes them to make the 52-miIel trip. They will walk at a leisure ! :ly pace, taking in all points of I interest along the way and w'llj stop frequently for refreshment;: and entertainment. "We will sing as we g-," Mr.j Adams said. "Everyone will have: song sheets and we will sing all' of the good walking songs." Mr. Adams explained that the purpose of the trip Is to prepare students for long hiking Jaunts they will experience during their tour of 16 European countries I next summer. The group will I leave Cedar City July 2G after the j close of the Utah Shakespearean i Festival which will run July 8 I through 24. After a four-day stay in New York City they will fly to Ireland from there they will I travel to Scotland. England, j Wales, Holland, Belgium, France, Switzerland, Monaco, Italy, Aus-jtria, Aus-jtria, Greece, Germany, Denmark. Sweden and Norway, Some 30 j .students will participate In the I trip, returning to Cedar City on Sept 24. I |
