These 24 employees of the Utah Highway Dept. received certificates of achievement in exercises conducted Friday at the College Col-lege of Southern Utah. They completed a comprehensive engineering course, one of four conducted throughout the state, in a program of inservlce training. On hand for the certificate presentation was Wm. Smirl, Kanab, member of the High Commission, Com-mission, who Indicated that three other similar sessions are being planned for employees, em-ployees, Employees from District 3 and 5 in the southwestern section of the state attended the course at CSU.
