Show Final Knife and Fork Lecture Scheduled April 2 Members of the Escalante Knife and Fork Club will have "one of the nation's First Ten" as their guest speaker when they meet Tuesday, April 2 at the College of Southern Utah Student Center, according to Conrad Hatch, president. Dr. R. C. "Scottie" Young was listed In that category by none less than the United States Chamber of Commerce. And, it has been reported from the club's national office that Dr. Voung Is even better than reported by the U. S. Chamber. "Don't let anyone mislead you. America remains the land of opportunity." op-portunity." That's the statement of Dr. Young who himself is an emigrant to the United States after World War I. "Young and old, alike," adds Dr. Young, "have opportunities here unequalled anywhere else on the globe." He should know, for he has traveled widely, is a consultant for one of the nation's biggest industries, and carries on a contin'.'"-' and Independent study of the educational systems of the western world. Ballots Bal-lots have been prepared and sent out to elect three new directors and they will be announced at the meeting. Six candidates named for the board were listed as: Dan Crawford, Craw-ford, Haze Hunter, Lehi M. Jones. Dr. Paul Lunt, L. C Miles and D.
