V.ie ladies enjoyed being entertained - by Julie lergense.n. who sang songs from the opera Oklahoma, accompanied by Nancy Clair , Johnson, and Linda Frehner, who 1 talked on the purpose of the F. H. A. Miss Frehner was recently i elected S.ae Treasurer of the ! F. II. A. Hostesses for the event j were Yvonne Euiloch. Kathleen Mitchell and Vicky Webster. ! A welcome guest at the home 1 of Dr. and Mrs. J. Garth Chat-terlcy Chat-terlcy has been Mrs. Chatterley's mother. Mrs. Claude Malan of Ogden. Mrs. Malan visited frm Friday unni Monday. Aiso visiting visit-ing at the Chatterley residence on Sunday was Garth's brother. Jay and his wife from New York, I wno met their son Jim here. Jim Chatterley has been attending the Brigham Y'oung University. Before traveling on to Sacramento, Sacramen-to, Calif., the Jay Chatterleys visited at the Robert White residence re-sidence with Mrs. Jay Chatter-ley's Chatter-ley's mother and brother and with Mr. and Mrs. C. L. Chatterley. Chatter-ley. Returning from a ten-day va-, va-, cation recently were Mr. and i Mrs. Gordon Stevens and their , children Dean and Jim of Cedar City. The family, accompanied by Gordon's parents, Mr. and Mrs. Lester Stevens, and his sister, sis-ter, Audrey of Ogden, traveled to Phoenix, Ariz., where they toured museums, enjoyed visiting vi-siting the Mesa Temple and watched an exhibition' baseball game in Scottsdale between the Boston Red Sox and the San Francisco Giants, i Mr. and Mrs. Bob. R. Smith and children of Fernley arranged the week end off to be with , friends and relatives in Cedar City. They were guests at the homes of Darwin Nelson and Henry Smith during their two day stay. - |
