Show Victim Remains Unidentified Following Crash Utah Highway PlitoI officers , , - were still trying Wednesday to ascertain the name of a victim . of an automobile accident which occured 1 1 miles North of Cedar , City on U. S. Highway 91 at ap-. . proximately 11:30 p. m. Tuesday, The accident, which involved a ' small touring car and a semi-trailer, semi-trailer, in addition to snuffing out the life of one victim, hospitalized hospital-ized three young men who1 remained re-mained in criticial condition ' Wednesday at the time of this writing. They were listed as David Victor McCullogh, 19 and Terry K. Campbell, 18, both of Sacramento, Calif., and . James Allen McDonald, 21, Lima, Ohio. All three, along with the unidentified un-identified fatality victim, were in the passenger car driven by McDonald. Mc-Donald. ' Truck Occupants Okey Driver of the semi-trailer tiMck was Glenn P. Thompson of Denver, Den-ver, Colo., and a relief driver, Howard Nunn, Eagle, Colo. Neither of these men were Injured. Injur-ed. ' . ; "' .' The accident occured when the car and truck apparently side-swiped. side-swiped. The truck was headed, south and the car north. First lm-pact, lm-pact, according to Wm. Burch of the Highway Patrol, was on the . . left front of the truck. The car then apparently flipped, hitting the truck again along the Jelt side. Final word from the Highway Patrol prior to printing was that the automobile was identified as a stolen car from Sacramento. However, identification had not yet been established, of the per son wnose me was laneu. No Identification was found on his body, and one of the passengers, passen-gers, the only one able to talk with officers, Identified only his first name, stating that he was a hitch hiker. |
