Show LETTER To The Editor April 16 is the date to vote the $100,000.00 Airport Bond. We were well pleased with the re-1 sponse of the voters of Cedar City when so many attended the polls and were so unanimous in their decision to support the reconstruction recon-struction of the airport. We were somewhat shocked and certainly dismayed when informed in-formed by the Bonding Company, that because of a legal technicality technica-lity the Election Notice iid been published three times and the law requires five publications publica-tions the procedure must be repeated. There were many of us who should have detected this error but since the facts show we must repeat the election, we plan to go foreward with it," and we are determined to comply with the law In every respect. The importance of this Bond Election has increased. The preliminary pre-liminary engineering is almost complete and the project application appli-cation has been filed with the Federal Aviation Agency. The State's share of the appropriation ap-propriation has already been placed on deposit for our use. Most of the preliminary work has been completed. -We hope that the same Interest will be shown as before and that the citizens go again and vote on this most important issue. KUMEN S. GARDNER, Mayor.
