Show ENOCH AND MIDVALLEY NEWS Mrs. De Wilcken Mr. and Mrs. Myron S. Jones spent the week end recently in Murray visiting at the home of their son and daughter-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Denton Jones. While there, another son and daughter-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Glen Jones and their family came from Denver, Colo., to visit with them. A very nice visit was enjoyed by all. Voy Murie was operated on for apendlcitis this past week. He is now convalescing at the home of his parents, Mr. and Mrs. David Murie. Returning this week from a trip to North Carolina were Mr. and Mrs. Louis Maxwell, daughters daugh-ters Marlene and Karlene, and Mr. and Mrs. Bud Nelson. They brought with them their son Gail who has Just completed a mission. While on their trip, they visited some of the Church Historical country. They also came through places where Hurricanes Hur-ricanes and floods had destroyed a lot of property. Mr. and Mrs. Roland Anderson and children Roland Lee and Steven are visiting here and in Cedar City this week end. They have visited with many friends in Enoch and with Mrs. Anderson's Ander-son's parents, Mr. and Mrs. David Da-vid Murie. Mrs. Helen Jones, son Brent and daughter Trudy, left on Friday Fri-day to spend the week end in Las Vegas, Nev, visiting with their daughter and sister, Mrs. Bob Munson and her family. In Salt Lake City this past week have been Mr. and Mrs. Theron Foster and family. Mr. Foster Is seeing Doctors while there to determine whether an operation will be needed on his arm. Miss Corale Gibson from Salt Lake City has been visiting here with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Hunter Gibson, for the past week. Her close friend and former missionary mis-sionary companion, Faye Jensen, has been here also. They returned return-ed to Salt Lake City Sunday. Many friends and relatives were ln attendance at Sacrament Meeting on Sunday to hear Bro. Gail Maxwell report on his mission mis-sion to the Central Atlantic States. Among visitors there were Mr. and Mrs. Bud Nelson and family, Mrs. Faye Slack, Mr. and Mrs. Neil Peterson, Brenda Gentry, Leon Maxwell and Mr. and Mrs. Orion Sherratt and family. fa-mily. Visiting here from Layton at the Elton Richardson home were Mr. and Mrs. Duane AJger and family. Mrs. Alger is a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Richardson. Rich-ardson. Leon Maxwell was here for the week end visiting with his parents, par-ents, Mr. and Mrs. Louis Maxwell Max-well and brothers and sisters. While here he heard his brother Gail report on his mission. Leon is presently attending Brigham Young University. Fid Nelson was in an automobile automo-bile accident on Union Field Lane Monday morning. Fortunately Fortu-nately no one was seriously hurt |
