Show Memory of Theodosia Hatton Honored At Funeral Services Funeral services were held on Thursday April 28 for Mrs. Theodosia Theo-dosia B. Hatton, mother of Mru. Lorin Robinson of Cedar City. Mrs. Hatton was 97 years old and cause of death was incident to age. Services were held In the First Ward chapel at 1 p. m., with Bishop Homer Jones conducting. Opening song, "Oh My Father," was sung by the Relief Society Singing Mothers. Invocation was given by Bishop James Heywood. "A Tribute to My Mother," composed com-posed by Maude Robinson, a daughter of Mrs. Hatton, was read by Loretta Perry. Bishop Carlwin of Milord give the life history of Mrs. Hatton with brief, remarks. Christine Winterrose sang "That Wonderful Mother of Mine." Joseph Bcttridge was a speaker speak-er and the second speaker was George Grimshaw. 'Til Go Where You Want Me To Go, Dear Lord," was sung by a male trio. The concluding musical number was "I Know That My Redeemer Lives," by the Singing Mothhers. Benediction was by Bert Lang-ford. Lang-ford. Mrs. Hatton died in St. George April 25. She is survived by two daughters, Mrs. II. W. (Mary) Peterson, Venice, Calif., and Mrs. Robinson of Cedar City; 19 grandchildren, grand-children, 49 great grandchildren and six great, groat-grandchildren; one sister, Mrs. N. Stowe of Fillmore. |
