Show Sixth Ward Softball Team Wins Tournament Berth The Cedar Sixth Ward softball team, aftr losing only one game in the L D S Senior Softball league, has won the right to represent rep-resent the stake in the Division Two tourm-me'it to be held in Las Vegas, Nov.. starting Sept. 1. According to the schedule at the division tournament, the local lo-cal boys will meet the winner of the Uvada Stake in the opening open-ing round of t ho tourney. Game time is 7 p. m. Sept. 1. Winner of the division tournament will participate in the all-church softball tourpement which will l)e held in Dorks Field in Salt Lake City. In league play this year the Sixth dropped one game to the Third Ward and runner-up was Kanarraville Ward. It is the first year that the soMball program has operated in Cedar City and five wards have participated in the play.
