Show New Officers Elected For Next Year's Duo-League Program Monday evening a group of interested in-terested fans and promoters of the Little League ;uid Pony League program in Cedar City met to elect officers fur tin coming com-ing year, t'leo Petty, president of the Little League, and Lee L'mpey, president of the Pony League, conducted the elections.' Clyde Higbee was chosen to head the Little League program for the coining ear. and Sam Gentry was elected to the helm of the Pony League. Litt'e League Other officers of the Little League are Klien Polio, vice president; Ron Morgan, secretary; secre-tary; Cleo Petty, ex-officio, and Hal Christensen. Harry Pryor, i Henry Smith and Vaughn CI nv.il -ian, board of directors. Morgan Rollo was retained as player agent. Pony League Pony League officers are: Max Cowan, vice president; Keith Cripps was retained as secretary; Leo Cahoon was retained as player play-er agent; Lee Kmpey, ex-officio, and Ad Anderson, Yorke Nelson, Rulon Heyborne and Howard Mace, directors. Homer Starr and John Qtiinn were chosen as eo-umpires in-chief in-chief for the coming year and were given the responsibility of selecting and schooling umpire 'staffs for both leagues for next year's play. |
