Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS J James I. Endicott, P. O. Box 1654, Grand Coulee, Washington, has filed with the State Engineer, Application No. 84 for an extension exten-sion of time within which to resume re-sume use of 1.337 sec. ft. of water, wa-ter, evidenced by Underground-Water Underground-Water Claim No. 924. The water has been diverted from a 12-in. well 120 ft. deep at a point S. 2615 ft. and E. 1615 ft. from NW Cor. Sec. 31, T31S, R16W, SLB&M and used from Apr. 1 to Oct. 1 to irrigate 15 acres in SW4NE said Sec. 31, and for year-round stock-watering purposes. The wa ter was last beneficially used In 1936 and an extension of time to and including April 1, 1958 is requested to resume use of water. Protests resisting the granting of said request, with reasons therefor, must be in affidavit form, with extra copy and filed with the State Engineer, 403 !
