Show CLUB AND PARTY MUTES Mm. Tberol McArthur Mrs. Vera Hirschi was hostess to the members of her club at her home Monday evening. The guests brought their sewing and enjoyed a few hours of sociability sociabili-ty before being served delicious refreshments. Mr. and Mrs. Ivan Orton were hosts to the members of their pinochle club at their home on Monday night, Present were Mr. and Mrs. Robert Heybome, Mr. and Mrs. Elwyn Halterman, Mr. and Mrs. Therol McArthur, Mr. and Mrs. Walter Hanslnk, Mr. and Mrs. Frank Milne. Prizes went to Mrs. Heybome and Mr. Halterman. Mrs. Irene Hyatt entertained the members of the Bel Ami Club at her home on Wednesday night. Two special guests were Mrs. Joyce Watson and Mrs. Dorothy Waldron. The group enjoyed an evening of sewing, visiting and a lovely luncheon. Twenty-nine members of the neighborhood where the Rulon Knell and the Alex Robinson families live had a farewall party par-ty for them Saturday night. Lovely Love-ly buffet luncheon was served to the group, and the time was spent in visiting. The Knells and the Robinsons leave soon for Phoenix to make their home. The Lahoaobey Club was entertained en-tertained at the home of Mrs. Grace Heap Thursday evening with one special guest, Mrs. Blanche Mortensen of Salt Lake City, present. Pinochle was played play-ed and dessert served to Mrs. Emma Hair, Mrs. Cleo Taylor, Mrs. Pauline Cox, Mrs. Florence Crabtree, Mrs. LaRue Tucker, Mrs. Rayola Leigh and Mrs. Hazel Ha-zel Bulloch. Mrs. Genevieve Gardner was hostess to the members of her bridge club at her home Monday night. Two special guests were present. Mrs. Carma Dobson and Mrs. Ruth Betenson. Luncheon was served and high scores won by Mrs. Fern Leigh and Mrs. Betenson. |
