Show SUMMIT NOTES Mrs. Hulda Peterson Mr. and Mrs. Alma Lawrence have returned home after spending spend-ing a week in Spokane, Wash., where Mr. Lawrence attended a school administrators' conference. confer-ence. Mrs. Ella Lawrence accompanied accom-panied them as far as Garland, Utah, where she visited with her son-in-law and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Max Reese. She remained re-mained in northern Utah to visit with Mr. and Mrs. Robert Hartshorn Hart-shorn in Lehi. A baby boy was born on Mar. 27 to Mr. and Mrs. Robert Hartshorn, Hart-shorn, former Summit residents. Mrs. Hartshorn is the former Miss Zina Radford. Merle Radford has returned to Summit after spending the winter win-ter with his son-in-law and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Robert Hartshorn in Lehi. Billie Lawrence has been home on leave from military service before sailing for overseas duty. He has been stationed at Fort Campbell, Ky. Mrs. Hulda Peterson attended a Wittwer family reunion in Bun-kerville, Bun-kerville, Nev., over trie week end. Mr. and Mrs. Chuck Rennie accompanied ac-companied her on her return. Mrs. Susanna Hulet was happily happi-ly surprised Monday when Mrs. Rula Houston and Mildred Riggs of Panguitch called to see her. Fine Easter ptograms were presented Sunday In the Junior and Senior Sunday Schools. Miss . Nedra Dalley of Provo spent the Easter holiday with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Otto P. Dalley. Mr. and Mrs. Nelson Madsen left Monday for Las Vegas, taking tak-ing their daughter, Mrs. Norine Smith and her three chiildren with them. Mrs. Smith will Join her husband to make their home In California. Bert Lawrence made a short trip to Provo this week. Several of the Relief Society ladies of Summit attended a quilting bee in Paragonah last Wednesday, participating in a stake project. Mr. and Mrs. Ted Fife and daughter Karen and son Gill-man, Gill-man, traveled to Richfield Easter Sunday to attend a reunion and dinner at the home of Dr. and Mrs. David Urie. Mrs. Samuel Fife visited briefly brief-ly in Summit Monday enrouce home from Provo, where her husband hus-band had undergone surgery on one of his eyes. Mrs. Emma Fife was hostess to her bridge club Thursday evening. eve-ning. Luncheon was served to the following guests: Mrs. LaRue White, Mrs. Fae Benson, Mrs. Mary Lyman, Mrs. Berta Burton, Mrs. Florence Benson, Mrs. Anna Lyman and Mrs. Hyrum Humph-erys. Humph-erys.
