Show I Naples I Jo" Openshaw I Phone 789-3157 Two new babies in Naples Area Mr. and Mrs. Steve Schmidt have a baby daughter born Oct. 19, in the Uintah Uin-tah County Hopsital. She weighed 7 lbs. 1 oz. and will be named Jessica. Lee and Ann Nash have a baby boy born Oct. 26, at the Uintah County Hospital. Hos-pital. The baby weighed 8 lbs. 13 oz. and was 21 inches long. He will be named Nathan Charles. Grandparents are Uel and Ruth Hunting and Ray and Marial Nash. Brenda Olsen entertained at a birthday birth-day party in honor of her son, David, Friday afternoon. A large group of boys enjoyed games and refreshments. Kenneth and Shellie Twede and son of Salt Lake City visited their aunt, Thelma Manwaring, Sunday afternoon. Mr. and Mrs. Don Wilson and Rick Wilson of Cedar City visited Bishop and Mrs Kriston Wilson and family and the Darrell Wilsons a few days last week. Greg and Donnette Simmons entertained enter-tained at a dinner Saturday evening in honor of their parents La Veil and Laura Simmons who leave Oct. 29, for the LDS Mission Training Center in Provo. Present Pre-sent were Theron and Ronda Clark and children of Rock Springs, Wyo.; Dee and Estell Kidd and son, Reva Ruppe and the honored guests. May N. Anderson received word that her brother, Clarence Nielsen died Oct. 19, at San Jose, Calif. Ralph and Nellie Southam went to Salt Lake City Monday of last week for medical attention for Mr. Southam. He entered the St. Marks Hospital Friday. Marlin and Lorna Moon and children . came Saturday evening. Marlin came for the deer hunt and Mrs. Moon and the children will visited her mother, Nellie Southam and family over the weekend. Claude and Wanda Jones of Wellington Well-ington and Buddy and Marie Jones of Salt Lake City visited Reva Ruppe and son Larry, the Carl Oldakers and La Veil and Laura Simmons Saturday. Robert and Lola Mae Litster of Salt Lake City visited Niles and Frances Southam over the weekend and attended attend-ed the missionary testimonial for La Veil and Laura Simmons. Ray and Vergie Gee went to Provo Saturday to visit Charles and Leri Dawn Smith and son Adam. They returned Saturday evening. Mr. and Mrs. Shirely Price were in Salt Lake City Monday of last week where Mr. Price had a doctor's appointment. appoint-ment. On Thursday he went to Salt Lake City on business and on Saturday they went to Orangeville, Utah on business. |
