Grant Richens was contracted to finish the cement work consisting of sidewalks and driveway approaches, which are now completed. Arthur Ylinchetta was contracted to do the excavation and grading of the street which has been done to city specifications. Larry Allred, who was contracted to the the paving of the street, has been held up due to recent storms. As of Tuesday he began laying the asphalt, Lashier said. "All work will be completed to city specifications," Lashier said, "and will be back charged to the subdivision developer." According to city official, the sub-divider sub-divider is to do all the improvements, but as is the case on 1250 West, if the subdivider doesn't meet a deadline for installing the improvements, the city can step in. Engineering for the 1250 West project was done by Horrocks Engineering of American Fork. RIP low |
