Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS The following applications applica-tions have been filed with the State Engineer to change and appropriate water in Uintah County throughout the entire year unless otherwise designated. Locations in SLB&M. a-11365 ( 49-363) Bureau of Land Management, 170 S. 5th E., Vernal, UT proposes pro-poses to change the place of use of 0.009 sec. ft. of water as evidenced by Water Users Claim No. 49-363. The water has been diverted from a spring, spr-ing, at a point S 2610 ft. E 280 ft. from NW Cor. Sec. 7, T15S, R25E (30 mi S of Bonanza); and used for stockwatering 950 cattle. Hereafter, 0.009 sec. tt. of water is to be diverted from same as heretofore; and used for stockwatering stockwater-ing 950 cattle in Sees. 9, 14, 15, 23, 26, 28, 34, 35, 36, T14S, R24E; Sees. 1, 11, T15S, R24E; Sees. 6, 7, T15S, R25E. 55216 (454565) Annette Davis, 1763 S. Vernal Ave., Vernal, UT 0.015 sec. ft. of water is to be diverted from a 6-inch well, 50-150 ft. deep, at a point S 70 ft. W 1930 ft. from E'4 Cor. Sec. 23, T3S, R20E (5 mi NW of Maeser ) ; and used for the - domestic purposes of 1 family, stockwatering 2 horses, 2 cattle, 100 rabbits; rab-bits; and from Apr. 1 to Oct. 31 for the irrigation of 0.25 acs. in NW4SEV4 Sec. 23, T3S1, R20E. Protests resisting the granting of these applications applica-tions with reasons therefore must be filed in duplicate with the State Engineer, 231 E. 400 S., SLC, UT 84111, on or before Nov. 29, 1980.
