Show SCOUT MEETING WED. AUG. 25 TO NAME HEADS A meeting is announced for next Wednesday, August 25, at 7:30 p.m., at the Seminary Building, at which a Scout : committee for Kolob district will be elected. Representatives of the stake presidency, presi-dency, bishoprics of the ward, M.I.A. superintendents and others interested, are especially invited to the meeting. The nominating committee has submitted a - list of names and from these and those men who have served on the committee the past year, a committee will be elected for the coming year. Nominated this year are: Del Moine Christensen, Nolan Weight, H. M. Weight, Carlisle Crandall, Roy Dospain, Merle Black, Fred Smith, Paul Walker, Chris Soren-son, Soren-son, Howard Maycock and , To,m Smith. Those who have been serving are: Freeman Bird, chairman; Wm. Whitney, vice-chairman, representing re-presenting tho high council as supervisor for MIA; H. M. Weight, camp; Carlisle Crandall, advancements; advance-ments; Nolan Weight, health and safety; M. W. Bird, finance; Glen Hollcy, leadership training; Claude Smith, organization. Eight men are to be elected from the two lists at the Wednesday Wed-nesday evening meeting. |
