Show VON BRINCKEN GOES TO FEDERAL PRISON SAN FRANCISCO, May 1. Lieutenant Wilhelm von Brlncken, former mllltary attache of the German consulate in San Francisco, who pleaded guilty In the German-Hindu conspiracy plot to overthrow British rule in India, departed tonight for the federal prison at McNeil Island, Wash., to begin serving a sentence of two years. Under the federal law, Von Brincken will serve 144 days less of his sentence if he observes prison rule. Von Brlnck-en's Brlnck-en's attorney today dismissed the writ of error in the neutrality violation cases in which Von Brincken received his sentence. sen-tence.
