Show CONSECRATE GORMAN BISHOP OF BOISE President of Dubuque College Named to New Diocese; Bishop Glass Participates Par-ticipates in Ceremonies. DVBUQUI3, Iowa, May t Monsignor Daniel M. Gorman, president of Dubuque college for the past twelve years, was consecrated bishop of Boise, Idaho, at St. Raphael's cathedral here at 9 o'clock this morning. The consecrator was Rt. Rev. John Bonzano, apostolic delegate to the United States, who officiated in place of Archbishop Jamefi L. Koane of Dubuque, who Is ill, and was assisted by the lit. Rlvs. M. C. Mont., predecessor of Bishop Gormnn. aa president of Dubuque college, preached the sermon.
