Show PRESIDENT OF FILM CORPORATION RESIGNS CHICAGO. May 1. As a result of internal in-ternal dissensions John R. Freuler of Milwaukee, Mil-waukee, Wis., today resigned as president presi-dent of the Mutual Film corporation of Delaware and the directors elected James M. Sheldon of New York to fill the vacancy. va-cancy. Several attachments against the company com-pany were taken out by the first National Bank of Milwaukee on an unpaid note for $10,000. Mr. Freuler said that the destinv of the corporation wa now In the hands of a committee of three men, I. C. Elston. Jr.. Warren Gorrell and George W. Hall, and their assistants. He said he objected object-ed in particular to the plan of this committee com-mittee which represents creditors with elulms of $700,000, in giving stockholders one year in which to satisfy claims. |
