Show WINTER MOTORING AND LUBRICATION All the troubles of winter motoring do not result from the low grade of gasoline gaso-line now being dispensed, according to Joe Peterson of the Sam Peterson & Son company, local and lntermountaln distributors dis-tributors for Valvollne auto oils and greases. "ft Is Just as essential to tho proper running of your motor to use a good oil as it is to burn the best grade of gasoline you can obtain," eafd Mr. Peterson. "An oil that is not seriously affected by the cold has absolutely no percentage of water wa-ter In it is the only safe oil for winter time. It will properly lubricate the cylinder cyl-inder walls at all temperatures and render ren-der the running- of the motor as smooth and noiseless as on the balmiest day in June. "A lighter grade of motor oil is advisable ad-visable in cold weather. We carry several sev-eral grades suited to the various makes of autos and guaranteed to give perfect lubrication results under all conditions of weather and service." |
