Show EXPERT ADVICE ON ' 'MM STORING Winter storage service for batteries Is one of the things the Inter-llountain Blectric Service Station specializes in. C. M. McDonald, who is manager of this service station, ha.s given out the following follow-ing information about the storing of batteries, bat-teries, which is well worth reading by every motorist: ' "We have two' classes of winter stor- age. One is known as wet and the other as dry storage. The wet storage is for batteries with threaded rubber insulation insula-tion and for batteries with wood insulation, insula-tion, less than fix months old. The battery bat-tery is kept filled with distilled water and fully charged during the time it is stored. With this class of service you can get tfe battery at any time, as the battery is kept fully charged. All threaded thread-ed rubber Insulated batteries that are brought to us for wet storage are guaranteed guar-anteed to be in perfect condition when delivered in the spring, providing they are in good condition when brought to us. For the wet storage we make a regular monthly charge. "Dry storage 1b best for wood-insulated batteries over six months old, and consists of disassembling the battery and curing the plates and storing in a dry place. Two weeks notice before the battery bat-tery Is needed Is necessary with this service, as the battery must be rebuilt with new Insulation.
