Show MORE NEGROES WILL FACE COURT MARTIAL LEAVENWORTH, Kan., Dee. 15. Under a guard of forty white infantrv-men. infantrv-men. forty-five negroes, participants in the riot at Houston, Texas, August 23, arrived here tonight. Four of the men, sentenced to short terms, were placed in the United states disciplinary barracks and the other forty-one were taken to the federal prison to begin life sentences. Monday morning they ,will begin work oarryirjg bricks, mortar and heavv stone for the construction work at the prison. SAN ANTONIO, Texas, Dec. 15. Fifteen negro soldiers of T and M companies, com-panies, Twenty-fourth United States infantry, will appear before a court-martial court-martial at Fort Sam Houston Monday on charges involving death penalties in connection with the riots at Houston : August 23 last.
