Show Hoosier Convict Dies in Prison. "LEAVENWORTH, Kan., March 30. Eli H. Redman, one of the men convicted in connection with thd alleged election conspiracy at Terre Haute, Ind., died here early today in the federal penitentiary, where he was serving a five-year sen-! sen-! tence. He formerly was circuit judge. Intestinal grippe was given by prison au-! au-! thorlties as the cause. He was received ! at the prison on April 20, 1915, with Don i M. Roberts, former Terre Haute mayor, and others of those convicted. |
