Show BINGHAM DEBATERS WIN IN CONTEST ".Resolved, that the several states should adopt a minimum wage for unskilled un-skilled labor," was the subject of a debate de-bate hold yesterday between teams of the Jordan high school and Bingham high school. The affirmative, argued bv the Bingham school, was successful, aided in a great measure by the rebuttal of Miss Eva Burke, who was assisted by Mark James. The losing negatives were Clydo Brady and Peter Nichelson. The judges were C. World. University of Utah; Principal Reynolds of the Mid-vale Mid-vale schools and C. L. Countryman, formerly for-merly of the Jordan school board. The debate was held at the Jordan high school. |
