Mass Meeting April 5. OGDEX, March 30. In line with a movement that was started by the executives ex-ecutives of fourteen principal cities of the United States, the mayor today Issued Is-sued a call for a patriotic mass meeting meet-ing to he held here on Thursday, April 5. The plan, according to the call sa outlined out-lined by the fourteen city executives, is to demonstrate to the world that the people of America are ready to meet the crisis at hand in the eventuality of war. The mayor has stated that nothing will be done to retard such cieps as have already al-ready been taken In that direction.
