Wvatt Brothers Meat Company Tremonton, Utah 10.00 11.25 21.25 N'o'sv therefore, I, Simon Bamberger, governor of the stnto of "Utah, pursuant to the provisions pro-visions of said act of the legislature o: the state of Utah, relating to annual license trixes. and foOTid in chapter 42, laws of Utah, 1915, and in chapter lCfl, laws of Utah, 1900, and pursuant to the provisions of section 5 thereof, do hereby proclaim and declare that unless the licenso tax 'together with the penalty and costs above specified, owiu by any such corporation above mentioned, shall be paid to the secretary of state on or before noon on Monday, April 0 1917 each such defaulting corporation shall forfeit the amount of the tax. penalty nnd cots as specified above, to the state of Utah, and each such defaulting corporation shall also forfeit its riijht to cany or. business -within this state; and, further, that the charter of such defaultine domestic corporation Trill be revoked unless payment is made as aforesaid.
