OCR Text	Show BULLEN APPOINTED MAYOR OF LOGAN "LOGAN, March 30. A.t the regular meeting of the city comrrriEsioners held Thursday evening-, the resignation of P. A. Thatcher as mayor was accepted, and Roy Bullen. the present city engineer, was appointed mayor. Mr. Bullen will assume his new duties April 1. and Mr. Thatcher will move to Salt Lake to act i as president of the state industrial com-mission. com-mission. The commissioners agreed to stand hark of the home garden movement to the extent of $150, with the understanding understand-ing that the Commercial club would guarantee $200 and the city school board $200 for the movement. An expert supervisor su-pervisor wdll be hired to take charge of the wrork.
