Montpelier has been in need of a city hall for some time past. For a number of years the officials have been using an old broken down shack as a meeting place for the city council and for the holding of municipal court. The jail that has been in use for a number num-ber of years was once condemned bv the state health department, but was repaired re-paired according to the orders of that department and has since been in use. If the bonds carry the city will have a modern buildiDg m which' to house the various city offices. Plans have been submitted to the council by Pocatello architects, which, no doubt, will be accepted. |
