Beers 's depart-nient depart-nient is now mak ing investigations of f the .site of the washed-out dam, to determine de-termine whether the foufuintions are such as tu make rebuilding there feasi- Vjpie state engineer is also investigating investigat-ing two other sites, one at Panguitch lake and the other at the head of the main Uatchtown canal. Guy Sterling of the state engineer ' staff is conducting conduct-ing the investigations at those points and at the ite of the old dam. Within a short time the state e n -gineer will bo in a position to set full information about, the proposed si tes before the state board of land commissioners, commis-sioners, which will decide where the dam will be built. |
