Show TRYING TO PREVENT SPREAD OF RABIES Special to The Tribune. RUT. Kev., Jan. 22. The board of county commissioners lias heard the report re-port of Chairman John Weber as to the result of the conference held at Winne-mucca Winne-mucca between state, county and federal officers, to devise plans to stop the spread of rabies. The board passed a resolution requiring that ail dogs permitted at large within this county and oui side the corporate cor-porate limits of the city of Ely be muzzled, muz-zled, and directing the peace officers to destroy all euoh dops found without muzzles muz-zles on or after February 7. Immediately following the action of the commissioners a meeting of the heali h board was held, over which Countv Physician Dr. T. Alexander presided, and action along the same line was taken. |
